That´s not Russian, it´s Finnish. That´s "Star Wreck VI, In the Pirkinning". And it´s their 6th spoof of a ST movie, and their first fullscale project, from 2005.

There´s a free download of the movie somewhere. It was originally on the above website but they had to place it somewhere else because they kept running out of bandwidth. From the site you can also buy the "extrasize"(Imperial) edition on DVD.
