Cleo is really well done. I really like the extremely wealthy stylings combined with the very plain and understated seifuku.

Has a nice combination of undestated but also very gaudy wealth. Very impressive detailing on the sandals and jewelry.

I do. This was purely an artistic decision. She would have either had to have a full head of hair or none. I chose none.

Watch Star Trek The Motion Picture and you will see who I was referring to. I'm not sure the first one really fits. There is color in her uniform after all... Not allot but its there. She wore Powder Blue. And seeing that it was important between her and Decker is there any chance of adding some of the style of her black headband into the VGer one? Seeing as it wasn't worn on screen by her in Uniform. There's also the black belly buckle with no belt... Is there any way to hint at that?

Edit:Oops, spaced it, you put it on the bow... But it was on bellys not breasts...
