Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

If you can get to a place that makes the pancakes using baking powder and buttermilk in them you can actually see pancakes that are about 2 centimeters thick. You can even manage that with Condensed Milk and the Bisquick Recipe. Just using half evaporated or condensed milk combined with water to fill the requirement for regular milk.

The Icelandic pancake is thinner, ca. 1mm max. Don't have a recipe at hand. They are baked from thin batter on special pans. Usually, I either spread a tsp. of sugar on one and roll it up or slap some jam and/or whipped cream on and fold it twice. The flapjack is closer to whar we know as a 'skonsa'.

Served with with jam - raspberry is best - and whipped cream.

They're about 3 inches in diameter and are eaten hot or cold. Made with milk rather than buttermilk.

Suggestion. Thick Forearms are such a Trademark of Popeye why not give her elbow length gloves that copy that only with it being more like weight bracers giving the fore arm roundness?

And she really should be holding aloft an open can of spinach. Popeye's catch phrase was "I yam what I yam, and that's all that I yam." Popeye also has a cute little animal companion, the Jeep (which may have given a name to the vehicle.) Jeep may or may not be a cat, but is definitely magical.

As a bigger question, what would Olive Oyl look like as a senshi? (You could use Castor Oyl as Naru.) How about the Sea Hag as Beryl, and O. G. Wottasnozzle as Tuxedo Kamen?

I just thought of a couple other tweaks. What about instead of that Green S on the tiara you have the maritime brass anchor motif and then instead of a round center to her bow you place a whole spinach can there?

Think about it, more than half the time when Popeye goes for spinach the can comes from the upper portion of his shirt.

Whilst "I Yam what I Yam" is Popeye's trade mark phrase I like this lesser known speech of Popeye's for a Senshi phrase too. Especially as he did say it during a fight.

You know if this was the cartoon and it was typed how it sounded the speech would be a bit different.

The Calves really only work on the goons. At least you can try to imagine it as something odd with Popeye's pants considering some seamen's pants from earlier american naval uniforms. But enlarged calves in a skirt just doesn't work. I like how the ring on the glove opening also gives an elbow nub profile.
