I think this is JstCP's best work yet. Good linework, proportions, foreshortening and excellent shading.
My suggestion:
- a few lines to represent the curve of the left knee and thigh.
- make the right arm a bit more slender
- make the left top side of her hair a bit bigger, as it seems flatter than ther right side
- eliminate the line between the ribbon and left arm indicating her abdomen

Excellent picture. I like it a lot. Ranma looks really thrilled in this one ^_^

I see only a few problems (=a lot less than in my own art on average): the neck is awfully thick and the blue streak either does not go in the middle of her head or the majority of the volume of her hair on top of her head is on her right side.
The hands and fingers you did very well, except that I see something off with her right wrist. Maybe it's just that the wrist is that much thin in your art compared to the rest of her forearm. The shaping of the gloves (or whatever those are called) is unfortunate, making her right forearm look much thicker than it is.
The details on the skirt are nicely done, but the two widest "strips"/"folds" (whatever they are called) are in my opinion too much of same width on the picture when leaving her waist.
If the wings do not form a 180 degree angle on her back, the texture on her right wing doesn't seem properly projected but rather just shrunken in equal proportion when compared to the left wing. In the right wing, the patterns should appear stretched in the Y-axis direction (or compressed along the X-axis). There's also a small colouring artefact there (one green tip was not coloured).
In general terms, I like the pose a lot (positioning of limbs, torso, digits) and it is a good piece of art.
As for the shading, I let people who know better than I to comment on that.
