After reading the fic once again (yes, I love it that much) I have one question. How accurate are the Time Gates in your fic? Apparently it was very easy for Setsuna to get Ranma to work as a nanny (placing the ad at the place Ranma would look and the newspaper she knew Ranma would buy) but she was unable to foresee the speed at which Ranma accepted her femininity.

And from your earlier comments on the time frame, and the fic, I gather I'm pretty close, especially remembering Pluto's comments on the Timegate being closed, at least for a while, which is why she can live with the other outers in canon-verse.

IIRC, the time gates are temporarily closed after Saturn tells Pluto to send 9-chan and Pharaoh 90 through them back to the Tau system.
As for before that during season R....only Sunny and Tri know how much or little it was used then.

Yeah, durring the chapter Setsuna is never shown going to the gates. They're not even mentioned.

Be careful about what pictures you post, though. That one is sort of okay, since she is technically fully clothed, but it's a little risque. I doubt the average employer would see much difference between nudity and women in lingerie. It probably would have been better to link to the picture, rather than displaying it... especially since it's so large.
