This is straining the concept, but -- could you do Gyro Gearloose as Washuu?

It is more straining of the Disney Duck maker.

Although they offer a variety of beaks for the blank figures, they don't offer Gyro's chicken beak.

Gyro's hat they do offer, but it doesn't go with Washuu's hair.

So, I took a Magica De Spell body type, found clothes that some what match Washuu's, then went to work in a paint program.

With that said, here is Washuu Duck with Little Helper.

I went looking for a My Little Pony maker. This was about the best I could do for Ranma-Pony. Definitely not a wild horse. Gave her wings, because fanon (and maybe canon?) says the Saotome ryu specializes in aerial combat. To do a Tendo pony, probably an earth pony would be better.

I think I used the General's version 2 to make a DIO pony and a DES snowman pony back in 2011.

One drawback to the General's maker is that it does not offer cutie marks ( though that is over come in paint programs)

Canon as far as i know, unless all the mentions in that direction are all mistranslations, and i don't think it could have been that consistently handled badly(but of course, not impossible).

Washuu Duck is good. She's the greatest scientist in the Universes. All hail Washuu-chan! That beak was much more flattering than Gyro's beak would have been, and we all know how Little Washuu loves her flattery.
