XD I just gotta get stuff relined and colored. I got the Sandshrew, Nidoran, and Cleffa families drawn, as well as some other misc drawings. I just need to reline and color, since I tend to prefer getting things finished before putting them online.

I find sprite designs from SNES Final Fantasy games can be helpful.

Sprite design eludes me in a way.

In a way it is trying to draw and give the idea of what the item is in a small space. Sure some sprites can get detailed but many are trying to make due with less space for the picture than even the smiley faces on this web site have used for them.
But you can also go too small.

This image is of a character I have many toys of can you tell who and what it is? It is too small to be a sprite. In effect you need the smallest size that can still be moved and look good enough to let you know what it is. At least for the basic ones.

I was listening to Pandora when a Queen song popped onto it, and I just had to draw him.

Also, I think people might remember this abomination from way back when. The 'Sailor PomPom' drawing based on the outfit from Wild Magic.

Well, someone mentioned I should try re-drawing that, and so I did a quick doodle

Really disgruntled... But considering the ears aren't the eyes a bit too low on the head? I'm also not entirely sure about the hips. Its almost like her tail is attached between her thighs below the pubic bone.

Yeah, it's not perfect, and it has problems, but it's a quick doodle that I decided to do. ^^;
