I don't remember much glass -- it was steel, tungsten, and copper all the way. Probably some glass in the electrical passthroughs. And those tubes were a lot heavier than 100 pounds. I should check my old photos and see if I have any pictures.

I think it was Glass or Ceramic, depending on the lab, that was used to support components where they needed to negate accidental/incidental capacitance. I get confused on how they actually termed it.

I've been home for a couple short visits. The first time around, they wouldn't even admit my existence. By the third time, they were getting back to normal.

With any luck, I get to go home today. Supposed to be very gentle to myself until the beginning of Fall, though. Once I'm back home with my faithful Windows 7 machine (instead of this open public Windows 8 abomination) I'll be showing up more.
