Return Revised Book Three: Raising Trouble

And now the revision process is getting to where the end (or at least Blood Debts) can be seen over the horizon.
This is the part of the story where the former Soviet Combat Cyborgs start up the Canadian Special forces start to be a part of this, and more skeletons in Usagi's and Ranma's families start to emerge.
