...there's even a Senshi crossover where Ranma is really the reincarnation of 2 people. The Male one from the past though having been evil.

I remember that one myself, but can't remember the title. It has something to do with queen Serenity's evil overlord father somehow getting control of Male Ranma's side and his female form being a sister to Usagi or Serenity in the past I think

Well, I can find a story that fits the Senshi thing w/ an evil male + good female reincarnation, but the male side of Ranma doesn't die.

Chaos Moon by The Eternal Dragon, it is discontinued to the best of my knowledge.

At any rate, Gin and Kin by Materia-Blade kind of fits the dead-male Ranma motif. His male side isn't truly dead, but it is effectively dead because Ranma will die if he turns back male. It is a SM/Ranma cross, but it has been discontinued. I can't really remember much about the story though.

I hate 'Gin and Kin'. It's probably one of the sickest and most twisted stories ever.
