I was wondering if there are any fics out there where the Senshi's abilities are proportionately stronger when people have faith in them. Sailor V and Usagi seem to be the ones that can actually handle Youma and both of them have people who believe in her. Not sure if anyone would have taken up this angle or not but trying to do a google for it is impossible.

I don't know about the Senshi, but that seems to be the way gods work on Diskworld. And way back in the Sixties, I illustrated a fan comic called "Captain Democracy". He was powered by faith and belief in democracy.

I know its a convention that has been used a few times. Just like there's a Buzz Lightyear Christmas special where Santa's sleigh is powered by belief in Christmas.
