Must learn to read Japanese

I don't know if anyone else frequents Mashiro's Castle, but on the home page TG manga are reviewed. Well a lot of the stuff that's been reviewed hasn't been scanlated and I got a little impatient. Figuring I might be able to understand the stories a little through the pictures I ordered a few manga from the Japanese Amazon.

The first time I did this I had no problems got what I thought I was getting. This time around though... it turns out three of the things I ordered were light novels rather than manga. ^^;

I guess you could look for teaching software like Rosetta Stone. But it doesn't help as much with learning the Kanji. Community colleges sometimes have courses to help with improving Kanji comprehension but they aren't that frequent. Last time I saw one in the course offering list for UNLV was 2 years ago.
