I'm not so sure about that. Weebee writes pretty quickly when in the groove and the chapters are smallish. The only thing I know of his with longer chapters is something where 3-5 chapters were combined into single ones for reposting.

Synopsis:

Ranma is a reincarnated Cloud Strife, but goes about the reviel in a moderately slow way which works well for the story. Most of the story up to date is him finding out exactly who he was in his origional life, who Aeris/Aerith is exactly and the, unfortunatly, steriotyped reactions of the Nerima cast as he goes about this.

It's not the best fic out there overall, but one of the best FFVII crossovers I've found.
