Shouldn't Temp Curse Water Mix?

Should the Temp curse mix when active with a full curse?

No its not the same thing it only simulates the curse so it should not mix.

And in the Koi pond they had clearly completely submerged before they were still in the pond water and the rain at the same time bragging about not being in their cursed forms.
