Need some help with martial arts techniques

I'm working on a Ranma fanfic and I need some help. I was going to make a chapter involving a practitioner of "Martial Arts Chinese Takeout" and I need suggestions on actual techniques to have the character practise. I'm familiar with the basics of Martial Arts Takeout from the anime episode Clash of the Delivery Girls and the Takeout Race from the manga, but I don't really know anything about Chinese cooking and I've never made any martial arts techniques. Can anyone help me? Please?

Well, what kind of stuff--in a general sense--do you want her to be able to do? That'll be a big determining factor in how you appropriate various things into techniques.

Who is she going to be fighting? What are the circumstances? The goals? How effective do you want her to be? Do you want her to be ranged, close quarters, or a mixture of the two? What is her personality like?

The answers to all of these, and any other details about her function in the story, will be integral to developing the fighting style that you want for her, out of all the possible things that can be appropriated from the general idea of "Takeout Martial Arts."

First point to address, the two people involved are Kaori Daikoku, the girl from the anime who practices Martial Arts Takeout, and Shampoo herself, who practices the Chinese variant. The circumstances is that Shampoo is the one participating against Kaori for both Ranma and her pride as a Martial Artist. After those facts, I just need some help forming a mix of ranged and close up attacks revolving around popular Chinese takeout. Any tips? Better yet, anyone know what are popular Chinese takeout dishes?

Ok Let's look at this a different way. What dishes do Shamps and Cologne make there at the Neko Hanten? Instead of going for a worlds Chineese Menu look at theirs first.

You know for a fact they do Rammen Shumai and a few other things that have been placed infront of Ranma. So get that as a starting point. If you want to do a Ramen Noodle whip or noose that would fit the Neko Hanten's menu just as well as it does our Daikoku participant.

Hmm... can anyone give me a list of dishes that have been shown as being availible at the Cat Cafe? I can remember ramen, shumai and steamed buns off the top of my head, but I can't remember any others.

hmm how about spicy pork bun bombs? basicaly normal porkbuns but they have gun powder added to them to make them explode along with a mix of spices that cause teary eyes, sneezeing and coughing.
