It was just a quick line at the end of a Jet heavy episode where the Decepticons were tapping a power source in an Aztec temple and Star Scream had at first created an inferior weapons frame. It was the episode where Skyfire returns. Instead of the Temp Defrost of his fist appearance.

I think they just used the Juanita line as an excuse to make Bumblebee blush in Auto mode.

The Episode title was something like Fire on the Mountain.

Of course, you've got one little detail wrong. All of the Evangelions used in Tokyo-3 had female souls inside them. So they'd be channeling Joan Baez, Carol King, and Heart, instead of The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and Steppenwolf. Maybe even a little Karen Carpenter?
