Thanks all for the reply and search. I did look in the usual place, but nothing had anything that FF didn't have posted. It's a great story, but it's dead and IMO it's pretty close to the end or at least about 65% through. Maybe the author will return to it one day.

I agree that Kenichi is definitely way below Ranma's in martial arts and like you said, he has the endurance through training. I think he would beat Akane as she never really trained that hard.
