I do like this one for the moon queen.....it seems a bit more fitting. The only thing I could imagine would be perhaps rotating the face to make it vertical, instead of tilted at a slight angle......

Just wondering, has either Migele or Truk been at all active lately? Because either of those - if about - would certainly deserve a nomination.

I believe they've been on the forums or RL lately...feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Truk has no posting statistics in this incarnation of the forum.
Shall I consider that an official nomination for Migele?
Edit: here's an updated version of the black Queen graphic. The face has been blurred a little to soften it, the background has been allowed to show through, and I flipped the scrollwork because it looks better to me that way.

Just as a quick note, if I'm going to be one of the ones people can vote for, please spell my name with the underscore in it in the actual poll. I get kinda annoyed when people keep leaving it out.

Truk has sadly retired from the fukufics forums and most likely won't be posting here anymore unless some form of Divine Intervention comes into play. For Migele, I'm not sure about his status, but as Larry pointed out, he still post.

The latest versions of the white and black Moon Queen graphics, with a bit of embossing/shadowing. The white one has the face rotated slightly to level the eyes in relation to the edges.


The voting on the titles is holding at 17 votes, with the queen/cat advisor titles in the lead by three. I will close the voting and nominations in about an hour, at 7:00 pm Central time.

The poll and nominations are now closed. Discussions of the title system itself and the graphics are still open.
Using titles as a continuation of the current site ranking structure won by four votes.
Voting is open for the first three awardees, who will hold them from end of voting until the end of December, when a new vote will be held to choose the next set of recipients.
Because the poll settings can't handle thirteen choices, I had to make two threads for the list of nominees. Only choose one person to vote for from the two lists; the winner and two runners-up will be selected by the number of votes recieved.

The voting is pretty even so far. There's one vote each for everyone who has any votes at all!
No problem, though. It's just the first night, and the voting is set to run for five days. We should have clearer results by Wednesday, when it shuts off and we award the titles.
