The character on the right looks like boy-Megumi from Tenchi na Konamaiki... I don't think that's right but it's my only guess at the moment.

It's not Tenshi na Konomaiki. That's for sure. Can't recall seeing that scene, but based on the graveyard or something in the background, I'd guess something akin to Hellsing. But that's not it, cause I've seen all of those floating about, and that scene isn't in there. Drawing style looks new-ish, but I can't place the scene or characters. Hints?

I'd say that looks familiar. I'll be damned if I can pin-point from what tho. Bottle Fairy kinda looks the same at times on the expression, so I'm tempted to go with the Xebec studio as the releaser...
