It shows up like the attached image.

And when I tried to quote Neko- above - I got the following message: It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

Weird. It's displayed properly for me every time I've viewed the page. Try clearing your browser's cache or force-reloading the page (hold Shift and hit F5/Reload). (I'm wondering if it's an outdated cache issue, given the expiration date mentioned on the GoDaddy hosting page.)

Neko-'s still been scorched an amazing number of times in the past two pages or so. Tends to draw DES' attention...

(not sure... I'm having a hard time finding appropriate pictures that don't violate the 500 pixel restriction on the forum. Beyond looking at the link of a picture, I can't really see if it allows hotlinking or not)

Well, that helped... no more cold paws... Asbestos fur really is the best...

The slip of paper, somehow, appears shocked. "Asbestos? Oh, dear me, that is a verified danger to your health. Allow me to help you remove it." So saying, the paper proceeds to cause multiple chemicals to pop out of...somewhere, to splash all over Neko-.

Never mind... carry on... hey, what’s this?

A loud chime sounds, startling Neko-... and in a flash, the slip of paper reappears, fully restored.

An invoice appears in midair before Neko-, written in glowing Basic letters:

"Automatic repair, care and cleaning services for your Sirius Cybernetics companion have been charged to your account, along with standard service fees. Please remit the sum of $450.00 to your local collection offices within the week. Thank you for choosing Sirius Cybernetics."

Yay... more chewing paper...

*proceeds to munch on the scrap of paper and the invoice*

(Dirt poor, so curious how they would get anything from me, provided I was even remotely aware of what that invoice was saying, but I can’t be bothered to read, lead alone parse it)

Another massive book falls onto Neko-, embedding the hapless feline once more into the ground. The book is several millions of chapters long, which is really just Sirius Cybernetics' way of saying that, hey, your new Personal Companion is inedible and probably poisonous, cannot be used as a Post-It note in a pinch, and that you can't eat the invoices - they're just psychic projections into the air that only the client can see.

...a moment later, a new invoice pops up with a loud chime. Neko- feels a sense of impending doom.

There's a rather more severe chime, and a new psychic notice pops up before Neko-...

"We do hope you are all right, as we deeply care for all our customers. But as of this notice, you are now late on your payments, and owe a total of $1,150.69. Please remit this amount as soon as possible, or there may be consequences."

I didn't even think it was possible for a cat to flip someone off.

Don't see why not. Ever read Get Fuzzy? Bucky Katt was able to do it.

Really? Wow, show me that sometime.

Hey, as long as your cats have three or more toes to a paw... (Mine have four. I think Bucky has three. I don't know what Neko- has, though. That profile image doesn't show the paws all that well.)

(And just for those who do want to read Get Fuzzy: Today on Get Fuzzy - Comics by Darby Conley - GoComics )
