Looking for a story where Ranma is reincarnated as Sakura. But Sakura is still mostly in control. And I think I recall Ranma living in her head in a mental visualization of the Tendo Dojo?

I might be confusing it with another, but I think I also recall Herb and Saffron having worked together with Ranma to seal a tailed beast? And Herb was like a house wife almost?
