I'm curious exactly what you're asking though. Specific name? Not really. It's essentially the second subject of a sonata form, but it's really pretty boradly in that form. But even Wikipedia calls it the "love theme" (which it is, granted, as that's what the music represents).

What I'm asking is if they have a particular name for it, since it's one of those reused things that come up in various movies and cartoons for the same kind of thing. Y'know, like how they have certain names for stock sound-effects, like the Wilhelm scream.

Indeed. It´s reasonably well known for sure, but definitely not what i would automatically associate that instantly to something.
