Flat Chested Anime/Manga characters

In Twin Touble Ranma has some knowlege of Anime and Manga characters, and for a reason I can't specify yet (spoiler) Akane will be ask him who he thinks she can imitate.
So far I have him mentioning Lina Inverse, and Maria Minamino. Are there any other well know flat chested anime characters, the cut off year is 1998.

Haruka isn't, she just wears loose clothes. When she dresses female she's bustier than at least Usagi and Ami.
Usagi might count. With the added bonus (I imagine) of the clutziness. This is anime though...IIRC she's a bit more filled out in the manga from what I remember....
Of course there's ones with pre-teens, Card Captor Sakura etc. or SD sorts...

Well I can't use Usagi for a reason I won't go into, but Sakura Kinomoto is a good one. Even in Tsubasa where I think she's now a teen, she's still small.
Um, is there any official or even unofficial mention of Ranma and Akane's bust sizes? I know Ranma is bigger than Akane, but just how big is either of them.

Akane isn't actually that 'flat' and Ranma's girl form isn't that much bigger.
Unless your watching Nihao My Concubine.
Nabiki and Kasumi probably have the biggest busts the series.

Stick to the series, and you end up with Kondatsu and Ukyo. Both are not seen having muych chest most of the time (Konatsu is a guy, so that's kinda obvious and Ukyo is mostly bound up. You can only see some definite female forms in Nihau My Concubine for instance).

Lina Inverse from Slayers has seen her share of flat-chest jokes.
Kaolla Su in Love Hina, and possibly Shinobu Maehara.
That oughtta give you something to go with... I'm a bit short on time to really dive into the matter, but this may give others some idea's....

Any idea around what size they are? Forgive me for being ignorant, all I know is A,BC, and D. If you had to guess any idea?

The actual chest sizes... Hmmm.... Found this on a website:

V25.6.97 Ranma agreeing that Akane's chest is smaller than Hinako's

And it seems volume 32 has an entire story dedicated to it:

Akane's got a secret - a brand-new bra, waiting to be tried on. But Happosai's gotten to it first, and has already tried to squeeze Ranma into it. When a well-meaning (yet eternally clueless) Ranma suggests that Akane's chest size may in fact be shrinking, a disappointed Akane turns into an enraged Akane, and is hard pressed to decide how best to use barbells: to pump up her chest, or bust up Ranma's face!

It seems the Ranma ML has had some posts on the subject aswell. And I quote from the Factions page:

The list seems dead tho. Last updated in 1998... And there don't seem to be archives around.
The subject is kinda elusive. You get hit a lot with lemons and lime links running through Google, but not really a lot of serious sites that'd drop into the subject.
Although, judging by this listing, there isn't THAT much comment on Akane's chest size going on throughout the manga's...

Hmm, I think they are all about the same size. If you look at any of Takahashi's series the busts of all the female characters seem to be the same size... it all depends on the clothes they are wearing. If you watch the Ranma anime you can see that when Ranma, Nabiki and Akane are wearing Furinkan's female uniform they all seem to be the same size.

I've noticed in a lot of anime, when whering a school unifiorm, they look smaller. Kimono's and Shrine uniforms tend to do that too.
Okay would I be shrinking Ranma if I made his curse form a B cup?

How is Lina flat from an objective standpoint? She's pretty downright well endowed for her body size. She's younger then most sorceresses and it's a running gag, but you can't honestly tell me she deserves it from an objective standpoint.

Part of it is that Lina looks younger than she actually is. She pretty much looks the same in the OVAs/Movies 1-4, where she is 14, as she does in Slayers Try, where she is 17, apart from the fact that she gets a new outfit between the end of her travels with Naga and the start of her travels with Gourry.
Another part of it would be that she keeps running into people with bigger chests than her. Naga is the most obvious example, but Amelia also has a larger bust size, and she's a year younger than Lina. Judging from Lina's reactions to comments about her breasts, she's probably been compared in that category against others long before she met Naga.
It's not that she's flat chested, it's just that her bust size isn't abnormally large, and she keeps hanging around with girls whose bust size is.

And she also wears loose clothes, which doesn't help the matter either.

That's the other issue. Lina's sensitive about her height as well and she's a shrimp. While well proportioned for her size Lina's still rather undersized in absolute terms becuase she's pretty undersized as a whole.

Mayumi from Shuffle! has a stated bust of 77cm - which is roughly 30" - smaller even than the series' lolicon character, Primula.
