All the Saturn will die from using her powers come from a speach she gives at the end of season 3(S).

I generally presume what she meant by that speech was 'I will die in this particular use of my powers'. Ie not for flipping the switch, but for the opponent she's still got to fight.

However, Saturn reverted to a baby form after Death Reborn Revolution on the Pharaoh 90 dimension, possibly because she used up all her energy.

She probably did die, and that was the best Usagi could do to save her.

It is also similar to an internal monolog given by another chacter from a diferent manga. The chacter was about to go on a very dangerous attack run.

She probably did die, and that was the best Usagi could do to save her.

Moon ejected her own heart crystal so she could go after Saturn. I don't think people with their heart crystals ejected can do much, and we see Saturn die on screen and just make a new body for herself. Personally I think Saturn may have saved Moon, and there is some evidence to suggest Usagi was draining energy from Saturn during and maybe after the fight with P90. .
In the anime we don't see the battle with P90, Pluto die from time stop, or EUDIAL die. The next time you see Pluto is at the end of S, and Hotaru seems to still remember things even if she is in baby form. In the manga you do see Pluto die from time stop.

If she could swim and jump from the car she'd be ok I guess (I only have a vauge recollection of that scene). She'll come back stronger than ever with her own group of baddies for revenge or something. Her or Nephrite (the first general that got put in crystal storage) were probably ready for their big comeback a few months after Galaxia and after the Senshi settle down.
Though, yeah, it was probably just a 'clean death' to remove her from the picture. Her humanity would have caused problems with going the 'zap it gone' method used on the monsters. Heh, sounds like a set up for a State Farm car insurance commercial. Childrens marketing could tell us her fate for sure. If she was wearing her seat belt when she went over the cliff than she survived. Otherwise, no matter how much time she had to do so there was no escape (exagerated danger to scare kids into proper behavior).

I don't know of any attacks that Saturn has which would result in her own death.

She does not say that the Silence Glaive suprrise will kill her. She says that she will unleash the power of death, and *that* will kill her.

The attack that Saturn possesses that kills her if she uses is 'bringing ruin to the world.' All that is required for this is to bring down the Silence Glaive with the intent to unleash this power. The Silence Glaive Surprise is at this point only icing on the cake.
The sequence of events is as follows:
- Saturn announces that she will use the power of death, though she knows it will kill her.
- Saturn uses the Silence Glaive Surprise.
- Saturn begins to bring down the Silence Glaive to kill Neherenia
- Chibi-Moon stops her from bringing down the Silence Glaive and saves her life.
Note that Death Reborn Revolution also does not destroy the world, nor does it cost Saturn her life to use.

Good artical about Saturn's attacks. It does state that Silence Glaive Suprise is ment to stun, and it is backed up with what I remember from both Anime and manga.

Some points to take note of in the scenes quoted:
*When Saturn uses her attacks, none of them cause her to die.
*She begins the destruction of the world as a seperate and unrelated action after completing her other attacks.
*She falls into the vortex and is gone before the world is restored. The restoration of the world was Usagi's work.
