Is there anything out there that will help me correct 'improper' text encoding on Japanese file/folder/directory names? For example, I recently unpacked a bunch of MikuMikuDance material, but a portion of it doesn't work properly because the directory and file names ended up in 'incorrect' extended ASCII.
On rare occasions, I can copy the text and run it through my Japanese WP to fix it, but that doesn't work 99% of the time.
(Even if I specifically tell the WP to import from the clipboard in a specific format (EUC, S/JIS, Unicode).
