Looking for a Ranma/Justice League crossover

The first chapter stars Ranma who has Superman type of powers (can't rememvber how) and then the second chapter has an Akane who got the Green Lantern ring instead of Kyle leading into Zero Hour. Both of them get sweep away during the temporal disruption, and end up together in a different universe, right after the deaths of the Native Ranma and Akane at the hands of the Orochi. Anyone have a clue where I can find it?
