I am looking for two stories.
I one story, Urd is the father of Ranma.
The other, is a Ranma/Kasumi matchup. Kasumi gotten a curse to turn into a male.

The Kasumi story you talking about might be "A Trip To Self" by Trugeta

But not positive because there are several stories where Kasumi gets a curse.
Also sorry can't help you with the Urd one.

The only story I know of with that premise is Brian Drozd's fic Deification. The first three chapters and the teaser for the fourth are at his website: here.
If that is not the fic you are thinking of, I honestly have no idea what is. Unfortunately, that fic is very likely dead, as it hasn't been updated in at least four years.
