It's worth breaking the three-word pattern to tell a story about President Calvin Coolidge. His nickname of "Silent Cal" was well earned. A man once bet a friend that he could make Cal say at least three words in a conversation. When the man met Coolidge, he told him of the bet. All Coolidge said was, "You lose."
So he lost.
There are quite a few variants of the story, none of them very tragic.
