(Seriously, though, it's the same style as used in a handful of other shows, such as Gravity Falls. As I haven't been paying close attention, is it all being done using the same studio?)

You're not referring to the live-action movie, are you? That was released in 2015.

Actually, though similar, the styles do have some variations to them. But it's still easy to see them all as being so... interchangeable.

And it's not an issue of same studio. It's an issue of copying styles that worked, cutting corners, and being cheap. Also hiring people that are... lacking in talent.
