So, it looks like I'm finally nearing the end of this chapter of Growing Up. Sheesh. Although I'll still need to fix up the perspective that I used for a large portion of it.

To give an idea of how big the chapter is compared to the first two (alone or combined), the HTML file was 96Kb at the end of the second chapter, although that also counts the 11Kb of non-story stuff (so it's really 85Kb). At the moment the file is 202Kb, and I'm not quite finished with the third chapter yet. With the changes in perspective that I plan to do, that will probably add a couple more Kb to the final product on top of that. It's a good thing that I'll be working on other stories after this, since it'd be a pain if this was a regular thing. <_<;

I'm working on the chapter to my own Celadon's New Blossom story. 4.1k words currently. I might end up finishing it today.

*Collapses*

...Now I get to wait for all the negative feedback. Maybe I should shield myself with friendship.

*I drag myself toward whatever-it-is that I write A Pony by Any Other Name on*

Progress is slow... I keep getting distracted, among other things. <_<;

Progress is still slow... I may be finished within the next week, though. After that, I may write a one-shot that puts a fitting spin on Nodoka's past.

Whew. Finally done. Now it'll just take another century to get something done. :?

Unless you´re trying to be a professional, masspublished author, your productivity is hardly in question.

And even if you were, you´re still writing more than a bunch of big names.

You realise that that alone is enough for 5 fullsize books do you?

There´s several authors that does one big "trilogy" hit, and then little else.

And do you have everything on FFN?

Nah. Some things I'd rather not publish there, if at all anywhere. XD

I probably have another 300-400K words worth of stuff I've written a decade or more ago, on floppies that I haven't been able to access in the same amount of time. Of course, I'd much rather they never saw the light of day, period. <_<;

Ick. I went to look for the original (but unfinished) version of a story that I'm planning to write from scratch on my site, just out of curiosity, but instead I stumbled across another unfinished story that was a continuation of a story called "Ko" -- I don't recall the author's name offhand, and I'm too lazy to check. Let's just say that it's horrible and I'm glad that I never published it even though I believe the author okayed what I had.

Oh, is it time for a bump and grind, already?

Sadly, no grind, since I haven't been able to focus enough to work on anything. I'm getting there, though. I have the thing I'm going to reference from waiting within arm's reach, with a bookmark at the spot that I'll start referencing from. Weeee...~
