My Little Sister died from a severe stroke on the first of the month.

I was going to post about this sooner but forgot this was where I did nothing fancy with my password.It was unexpected and quick.

Problem is we're all at some level of in debt including her husband. So we set up a Go Fund Me asking for more than we expect people to give because we remember spending almost 20,000 on Grandma's last wishes when things were less expensive.

If anyone can help. As to how I'm doing, Well I keep thinking I should be doing worse but my little sister hasn't exactly been healthy in the last 20 years and even though she was happy and active enough to visit frequently she's lost jobs and been in noticeable pain over it. So at least the pain is over. Just not the bills.

Thank you Camk, wish I could say I never thought I would be talking about this but its something I feared every time I heard she was hurt for years.

In a sad way its good she asked her ashes be scattered at sea, a Grave marker carver would charge an arm and a leg to fit even the basic information on the stone.

She was over here the day before she died doing her laundry as usual. We watched movies and she talked her husband into giving us some spare plywood that we put in place to cover places where the floor failed after her visit ended. The lifting in that left me too muscle strained to be able to leave the house (stairway needs repair) when we got the call from her husband that she had collapsed.

Thank you, Strange thing is that for years its been repeated visits where I would ask her to play a video game or watch things on TV with us while the laundry washed.

On the day my sister died I got something in the mail late. A Documentary. Bit of irony in the title.

I watched it while my Mom was at the hospital for my sisters last moments. I had over worked my back the previous night and couldn't get out of the house.

Even said after Mom called me telling my Sister was too injured to recover that it likely showed up when it did to break it to me easy that she wasn't going to recover from her stroke.
