Detroit-area billionaire Mike Ilitch passed away Friday. He was 87.
Amongst other things, Mr. Ilitch was the owner of major league baseball's Detroit Tigers and the NHL's Red Wings, as well as the founder of Little Caesar's Pizza. He also bought Detroit's Fox Theatre in the late 1980s and had it fully restored.

First I've heard of him, tho he does sound like a great contributor to the Detroit area. I'm sure he'll be missed.
