It should be a minority language, and maybe now that we have a slightly better government instead of the previous dross, there´s some chance, but no, so far it isn´t one.

Official minority languages are Finnish, Meänkieli(~Tornedalska), Sami, Jiddisch and Romani, with the Swedish sign language holding effectively the same status without being one officially.
