The cartoon was horrible enough. I know, I grew up with it. I liked the music, but the cartoon itself...

When I was young I didn't think too much about it, but now... with all the crap the Misfits have pulled (assassination attempts, arson, cruelty towards children, destruction of private property, violence...) I am shocked that they were never arrested or that Jerrica had never pressed any charges.

If you understand French you should watch this clip. In the last part you can find a funny analysis of Jem. It's a lot of fun.

And that's the bottom line 'cause Dumbledork said so.

I'm talking about how the story line seems like the same from the live action Josie and the Pussycats.

Yeah the cartoon wasn't very realistic, but they could have followed the story better. Some of the stuff you mentioned was done by the thugs and not the Misfit's themselves. Eric Raymond did get arrested but his lawyers got him off.
