I liked Darkwing Duck... It was horrible on consistency though... A guy whom can survive small nuclear explosions and repeatedly slammed into concrete by a prehistoric duck and squashed by said duck yet goes into a coma hitting a brick wall...

... no duh? It's a cartoon? I'm pretty sure that in a cartoon that has a basis on comedy and slapstick, just about anything can happen without the characters suffering any huge problems, unless the issue at hand is supposed to be done for drama.
