Yeah, this Manaphy and next month's Shaymin can be downloaded anywhere you prefer. But after that, you'll have to go to GameStop for a code card in August, if you want to get Arceus.
(The pattern is one provided by code card from GameStop, then two regular monthly Mystery Gift online downloads, and repeat... until the end of the year, when there's only one event (Meloetta) after a code card.)

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm not aware of any events that require you to go to McDonalds for a download.

Seems that the Vulpix line in Sun/Moon is going to be the Ice-type (Ice/Fairy after evolution). And I thought they were adorable enough before.

Oops. Forgot to post here that the level 100 distribution for Arceus, for all gen 6 games, is now active. However, you must get the codes through GameStop (one card/code per game).

The Keldeo distribution is now active for all Gen 6 games, through Mystery Gift (online download). It will be available until the 24th.

Word also has it Volcanion will be available starting on the 10th.

Also, Volcanion was released on the 10th, as mentioned above - but you'll have to go to GameStop to get the code.
