Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

i just finished reading Ayashimon and i kind of remember a fanfic where a charecter did do something like that.
i initially thought it was this site

as i could of sworn that it was one of the fanfic arts but that turns out not to be the case.

am i on to something or was i just mistaken.
