Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

It used to be on fanfiction.net however it's been removed for a long time. Naruto was taken(I think) from Konoha by Iwa nins under the orders of Iwa's Kage who happened to be her uncle. I remember that the Uchiha and Hyuuga wound up switching sides after hearing about

Also there were a couple of time skips until the usual chuunin exams. Additionally, the story was quite long I think it was well over 100k words.

Doesn't sound familiar but it looks like something I'd be interested in.
