"No place like home."

Should I capitalize all of the words, or all but "like?"

If you are talking about a new fic, then I would say going with the angle of any place is better then the hell that is home might be fun XD

That depends completely on what it is supposed to say.

If it is a straight title without special meaning or interpretation, than you write it as above. Beyond that, it gets too complicated to give a simple answer without more about what you want it to say.

"No Place Like Home" for a title. "No place like home" for a sentence. "No place like home. Thank the kami!" for Ranma.

It's a chapter title that refers to both a positive and negative interpretation: the protagonist being offered a home away from home, and having a separate scene where they wish they were at home instead of having a harrowing experience, respectively.
