a theory about Queen Serenity

I just thought it made some sense since she IS from another galaxy and with the fact that her powers seem more order based I thought it might be possible.
Lets not forget that the Galaxy Cauldron only makes stars for this galaxy as far as I know( I had a bunch of stuff to add to my theory but I suddenly forgot it all when I laid down to type it out,and will add to it after a good nights sleep.3:25am night)
