Just what the topic title says.

I'll start right away. What's 'more correct'?

"He and she left town" or "Her and him left town"

This particular problem as to what pronoun to use has been bugging me ever since I started writing, and not just for this particularly case.
And that's the bottom line 'cause Dumbledork said so.

"They left town?" It might depend on the context, but that's what I'd go with.
