Spoilers these are the characters from Super Powereds. I have to think of japanese names for them as well as change there superpowers to fighting styles
Chad Taylor - Originally ranked number 1 in the men's class, Chad's ability is complete control of his body down to a molecular level. While this is has shown itself in enhanced strength, durability, reaction speed, and the ability to prevent telepaths from reading his mind no concrete limitations and capabilities have yet been defined.
Shane Desoto - Shane is a skilled martial artist who has shown himself to be on par with Vince when sparring. He is the younger brother of Angela Desoto, the strongest Super in the class one year older than his. Shane's power is to create and manipulate shadow constructs.
Michael Clark - Bald and blue-eyed, Michael has the ability to send out blasts of cold that form ice around whatever they touch. He has also demonstrated the ability to surround himself in an armor of ice. Michael's martial prowess comes from a history of boxing.
Vince Reynolds - Vince is a former Powered with the ability to absorb and redistribute energy. He has silver hair and has demonstrated an exceptional level of hand-to-hand fighting skill.
Will Murray - Will is the twin brother of Jill Murray. His ability is mechanical genius, a talent which allows him to build complex devices for himself and his sister. Will is very studious and can often seem humorless to those who don't know him well.
Adam Riley - Adam has the ability to mimic any other person by morphing into them. When the person he mimics is a Super he takes on their abilities as well. He must physically touch the person he wishes to mimic, it is stated that originally his time limit ranged at about six hours, but in junior year he can hold it easily for 9 hours and if actively working on it for 12 hours.
Nick Campbell - Nick is a former Powered with the ability to control luck, albeit in a very limited capacity. Nick nearly always wears sunglasses at Lander, with only a handful of situational exceptions.
Allen Wells - Allen has the power to throw blasts of explosive energy from his hands.
Gilbert Reid - Gilbert is a short boy with the ability to teleport within his line of sight, a talent often referred to as "blinking." He has shown some battle prowess, though he is not considered one of the class's better fighters.
Rich Weaver - Rich was the only one of the men who initially ranked in the top five to forgo any pursuit of combat training. He has the ability to trap people in their minds, both by constructing illusions for them or leaving them to wander through their subconscious. He must make eye contact to induce this trance, however there have not been any known examples of someone breaking free once so affected.
Hershel/Roy Daniels - Hershel's only ability is to turn into Roy. Roy, on the other hand, possesses greatly enhanced strength and endurance. Roy initially ranked last in the top five for men, though he maintains he would have progressed further if he'd faced anyone besides Rich Weaver.
Alex Griffen - Alex is a curiosity among many students, because while he shows the abilities of an advanced telepath/telekinetic, he consistently maintains that his power is that he is a Jedi. Whether he is merely an overzealous fan of George Lucas's movies or truly is different from other telepaths is point of debate, however he has shown exceptionally skill and resolve regardless. Alex is Hershel Daniel's closest friend.
Thomas Castillo - Tan skinned and muscular, Thomas has the ability to generate orange energy which he can move and shape as though it were an extension of himself. Thomas has a strong moral code and a burning desire to better himself, leading him to train extensively and accept any challenge issued to him.
Hector Morrison - Hector has the ability to transmute his body to living rubber. This form tremendously increases his defense, mobility, and of course flexibility.
Terrance Matthews - Terrance is a student in the same year as the majority of the students. His ability is to enlarge and shrink objects at will. Given the scope of his power he has been shown to favor ranged attacks.
Ben Kramer - A second year student with the ability to shift is a lizard-human hybrid. He and Chris Wiggins lost at beer pong to Roy and Nick during Angela DeSoto's party. He also aided Angela in chaperoning the river trip.
Chris Wiggins. A second year with the ability to teleport objects. He and Ben Kramer lost at beer pong to Roy and Nick during Angela DeSoto's party.
Mary Smith - A small statured former Powered with the ability of advanced mind, Mary is regarded as the most powerful female in her class. Her time as a Powered is actually responsible for her sizable telekinetic capabilities, though it came at the cost of normal social interactions.
Sasha Foster - Sasha is a spunky girl most notable for the streaks of pink in her hair and the brashness with which she moves. Sasha possesses the ability of super speed. She was initially ranked too low to qualify for combat training, however she has since battled her way up in standing.
Julia Shaw - Sasha's roommate, Julia has the ability to create duplicates of herself. Her clones are easily destroyed, however given the frequency with which she generates them it can be inferred that the process takes little energy on her part. Julia and her clones have a hive mind, allowing her to know and experience everything they do.
Alice Adair - Alice is a former Powered with the ability of flight. She comes from extreme affluence, though it manifests very rarely in her interactions with people. Alice lacks any significant combat skills, however she works hard to try and help her friends during any confrontations regardless.
Jill Murray - Sister of Will Murray. Jill is in the same suite (two bedrooms with a shared common room) as Sasha and Julia and is the roommate of Amber Dixon. Jill possesses the ability to mentally control technology. Though the exact parameters of her skill haven't been defined, it has been shown that in combat she uses a suit composed of devices designed for her by Will.
Camille Belden - The only girl shorter than Mary in the class, Camille is very quiet and shy by nature. She has the power to absorb damage from those she touches, healing them as though they were never injured.
Stella Hawkins - Known for her constantly braided hair and penchant for interrupting teachers, Stella is a loud girl with a combatative nature. She has the power to turn her body into living steel, making herself stronger and harder to injure. Stella is best friends and sparring partners with Violet Sullivan.
Violet Sullivan - Possessing the power to increase the density of her body at will, Violet is a highly skilled and dangerous fighter. She is more affable than her friend, Stella, and is well-liked by most people she meets. Despite her easy-going nature, Violet is ferocious in battle. She was previously romantically involved with Thomas Castillo.
Agatha Mason - Agatha has the ability to animate objects, allowing her to both control them while seeing and hearing through them. Agatha has little social affiliations, only seeming to have shown some bond with Mary Smith.
Amber Dixon - Amber has the ability to manipulate sound. She can do this in ways as subtle as creating false footsteps or as overt using amplified sound-waves to strike an enemy.
Britney Ferguson - Britney has the power to turn herself and her clothing invisible. Despite the seemingly innocuous nature of her talent, Britney has consistently performed highly in ever test and trial administered to the class.
Selena Wilkins - Jokingly referred to as a siren at times, Selena can enchant people when she sings. This can allow her to influence them in small ways like making them relax or being as manipulative as to force them to worship her as a goddess. The limitation is that the larger her influence the faster the results wear off.
Tiffani Hunt - Tiffani is a student in same year as the other students. She has the ability to cast illusions.
Angela Desoto - The older sister of Shane Desoto, she is in the class above her brother's. Angela is the top-ranked student in her class and has the ability to create and manipulate objects of solid light, or "sunsteel."
Dean Blaine Jefferies - Head of the Hero Certification Program for Lander University, Blaine is a former Hero himself who operated under the name Zero. Blaine graduated from the HCP many years ago amongst a group that became known as The Class of Legends due to their unusually tremendous power. Blaine's power allows him to create a field that nullifies the powers of others. He wears spectacles and keeps himself in fighting shape despite his retired status.
Coach George Russell - The original combat and physical exercise instructor, George educated the students the first year in the art of fighting. He also taught the Close Combat course. He possessed the power to transform into a robotic form, complete with energy weapons and flight capability. In his hero days, he was known as Relentless Steel.
Coach Persephone Williams - The original alternate training coach, Persephone educated students whose abilities were ill-suited to outright confrontation. She also taught the Subtlety course. Persephone's power allowed her to create and send out specific hormones. This allowed her to control people's emotions, physical impulses, even attacking their nervous system when called for. Her hero codename was Mood Swing.
Professor Esme Stone - An older woman, Esme is an advanced mind capable of telepathy and telekinesis, with a specialty in memory manipulation. She currently teaches the Focus course. Is a former Hero who operated under the name Emerald Hydra.
Professor Blake Hill - Teaches the Control Course. His powers allow him to create spheres that have black hole like qualities. Is a former Hero who operated under the name Black Hole.
Professor Ariel Baker - Teaches the Ranged Combat Course. She has the ability to direct any projectile she has marked with a glyph at high speed to any target in sight. Is a former Hero who operated under the name Impact
Professor Sonya Cole - Notable for her mummy-like appearance, Professor Cole teaches the Weapons Course. Her power is the manipulation of cotton, which is the reason she is constantly covered in bandages. Is a former Hero who operated under the name Seamstress.
Professor Carl Fletcher - An acquaintance of Mr. Numbers and Mr. Transport, Carl was recruited to fill George's position after the end of year one. He accepted as a favor to his friends, however the length of his tenure has yet to be specified. Carl has the power to control electricity. He has stated and shown that he is part of a very small minority of element control Supers that can go so far as to turn into their element. Carl teaches the Close Combat Course. When working for The Company, he used the name Mr. Volt.
Professor Sean Pendleton - First seen serving a term in prison, Sean is a former friend of Dean Blaine. He is recruited to fill Persephone's role after the events of year one. He accepted the role as a way to fill his prison term without actually being incarcerated, although Dean Blaine used other persuasion that has yet to be explained. It has been shown through flashbacks that Sean was also a part of the Class of Legends. Sean teaches the Subtlety Course. Sean has the power to transform himself into fog. During his Hero days, he was known as Wisp.
Mr. Numbers: The ability to almost instantly calculate an absurdly high number of calculations? Stupidly powerful Subtlety Hero.
Mr. Transport: The ability to instantly teleport enemy combatants to anywhere on Earth, including containment cells? It's like that scene with Quicksilver in Days of Future Past, but, infinitely faster. I can't even....
Mrs. Tracking: The ability to find anyone, anywhere, save rare situations like Globe obscuring all of existence around him? Obnoxiously powerful Subtlety Hero.
Mr Stop: HE STOPS TIME. Lets go over that again. He literally like, not the internet usage of the term, but literally, literally, STOPS TIME. I cannot even begin to go over how mindblowingly useful that power could be as a Hero.
Blaine Jeffries (Zero) - Neutralizes other Supers' powers, Dean of Lander's HCP.
Sean Pendleton (Wisp) - Turns into fog, serving as Professor of Subtlety at Lander's HCP in place of jail time.
Gerard Cooper (Raze) - Disintegrates matter. He had his Hero Certificate revoked for being framed for destroying the San Rafael bridge with over three hundred innocent civilians on it, when Coach George really did it. He is currently on the run for charges of theft after having dissolved the door to a gold vault.
Casper (Hallow) - Extreme healing including the reversal of aging. He retired from Hero work at some point and is lucratively self-employed using his code name. He was offered the Subtlety post at Lander's HCP but turned it down citing financial motivation.
Clarissa (Shimmerpath) - Creates teleportation tunnels. She is in hiding.
Phil Adair (Globe) - Controls everything within his radius on an atomic level but does not have control over his own body. Older brother and teammate of Charles Adair (The Alchemist). He is a wanted fugitive for the death of Intra.
Joshua Taylor (Intra) - Complete control of his body. He was killed by his teammate Globe.
Victor Pakulski (Bullrush) - Strongman. He retired from Hero work, when his aging made him slow, to coach in the Super Athletics Association.
Marianne (Ionics) - Powers unknown, retired, married, and raising three children.
Devin Verdant (Forgettable Guy) - A hero with the power to make people forget who he is, including the author. Verified (kinda in a forgettable way) by the author in the Super Powered, Book 4 Afterword.
Charles Adair - A former Hero, who operated under the code name Alchemist thanks to his ability to transmute matter. One of the Heroes, who helped take down the traitor Globe. Currently one of the wealthiest men in the world. Alice Adair's father.
Graham Desoto - Angela and Shane's grandfather. The world's first Hero, Captain Starlight. In Year 4, gets about a decade knocked off his age by a retroactive healer and becomes the new head of the DVA, intending to reshape the agency to fit the changing world.
