Posted: Mon Jul 02, 2012 11:37 pmI've decided that further revision of this scene can wait for a subsequent editing pass. I have to move forward with the story (on to Chapter 4, et cetera), or else I will get bogged down in endless attempts to make it perfect. I know I am susceptible to that problem; it gave me a lot of trouble a few years ago when I was trying to get moving again on Permutation. I’m not about to forget your advice, but I won’t be implementing it in this scene any time soon. I hope no one is offended by this decision.
