Does anyone know of any fics where Ranma has one of the Sailor Senshi as a half sister?

There is one where Usagi is his half sister, or possibly his full sister. It has been a while since I read it, and the opening chapters weren't that well written, but it starts with Usagi finding Ranma sitting under a bridge contemplating suicide.

So no one has ever writen a fic where say Ami's mother and Genma get drunk the night before their wedding days, and Genma fathers Ami. Years later Genma believing Ami is his daughter trains her in martial arts, but not to the extreme he does Ranma at least partly because he can't for practical reasons?
