Looking for a scene where Shampoo ties Mousse into a knot

I'm having trouble recalling the precise details of a scene in a Ranma fanfiction, the title of which escapes me, and I was wondering if anyone could help me? To clarify matters, I'm positive it's a fairly new (within this year) fanfic and I know it's neither a Sailor Moon crossover nor does it involve Ranma's curse being locked. The scene in question takes place at the Nekohanten and involves an angry Shampoo and Mousse, the target of her ire, who has just done something to irk her without, I think, actually being present on the scene - I believe he caused (or a mention of him caused) Ranma to run off at a point when he actually seemed to be paying attention to Shampoo, or something like that. Ticked off, Shampoo promptly brutalizes him "off-screen". When Cologne appears in the next paragraph, she curiously asks Shampoo why Mousse has been tied into a specific knot, and she explains he's not flexible enough to be tied into a different specific knot. I believe Cologne comments he's been tied into a slinghitch and Shampoo shrugs her shoulders and says "he not flexible enough to manage granny knot".
