Ranma-chan due to head injury, with a Ranma/Nabiki pairing

The fic I'm looking for is one I read a while back, but now can't seem to find, despite setting the filters at ff.net to check for it.

It was a Ranma-chan/Nabiki pairing, where Ranma received a severe blow to the head which made him think he was a girl. The parents tried to 'fix' the problem, eventually doing so, only to have Ranma reveal to Nabiki (who had fallen in love with Ranma since the accident) that she was faking it, in order to get them to back off until they could get away from them.

It's not newRanma by C. Rose, I know that much.

99 percent sure you're looking for Am I Smart? by Penguin-Sa though Ranma and Nabiki just become friends and partners in that, not really love interests.

It's a great fic, except for one thing... Ranma stating that he'll have to marry Akane. Why should he? There are two others and Soun let him choose in the beginning.
