Well, afraid I can't help with the first fic, and the only other Senshi Spring fic I've ever read that's similar is this one at Ranmafics.com (which needs to be updated, btw) which is only one chapter long, but it's something....
Oh, and did you mean springs where the Senshi fall in and get cursed, or where one drowns and Ranma then subsequently falls in and becomes said drowned Senshi?

Hmmm... well, if you mean cursed Senshi, one comes to mind, though it was more a spam fic than a serious story. It was:

I know exactly the fic that you're looking for.
Unfortunately, I don't seem to have it saved in my favourites folder and I can't remember what it's called either.
All I know is that it had a fanart pic with all the senshi in front and whichever Ranma character turned into them behind them.
