IRC trouble

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to irc.nabiki.com? I haven't been able to get on for various reasons since last evening, one of which is that my ISP was doing some maintenance. Is something wrong with my computer or something or are other people having trouble with this too?

Yes. But then, I haven't been able to get into IRC for months.
There is no problem that cannot be solved through the proper application of immense levels of firepower.

The server is down since last night and hasn't come back up.
The exact problem I don't know, but:
