The style especially the zoom in and eye quality seem off for this but his face reminds me of someone in Full Metal Alchemist.

I'm not sure of another title but something about that image has me thinking late 80's early 90's with the show setting being European in early or pre-renaissance time. You know After the dark ages but before WWII

Probably because I've seen it and that one sticks in your mind for awhile. Anyone who wants to can go next. I'm drawing a complete blank on anything that wouldn't be known with the first post or hasn't been used yet.

I strangely feel like I've seen this one somewhere. I doubt its Unico though so hm.. I'm going to guess that those are Tengu however.

Well....technically they're aliens. Not Tengu. This show is... old. 80's. And features aliens... and space travel.
