We Want Your Songs (resurected)

For those new to the forum, there was a thread in the previous incarnation of Spamville entitled "We Want Your Songs", the great Black Dragon started it. And in which he gave me the title Director Forum Arts and Culture (see sig) and in which he made me King and Contraversial Matt added "of ... Stuff"
B.D. also gave me a very large pile of Golden Flutes.
Which I will hand out to anyone who writes a decent song.
So, as King of... Stuff and as Director of Forum Arts and Culture I am resurecting this thread.
The idea is that you take a song (any song) and rewrite the lyrics so that it either fits with Ranma, Ranma as a Senshi, or with Spamville.
When posting please give reference to the song and writers you are borrowing the tune from.

I wrote a variation of "The Modern Youma General", which is ripped from Gilbert and Sullivan's "Modern Major General". It was inspired by Ben Oliver's version when I thought, 'Y'know, I might be able to do that better.'

Yeah, I believe I have read that one lwf58. I suppose I would need to be more familiar with Stairway to Heaven to really say much about that one Pat. The lyrics were nice though. I see what you mean Neko- about few modifications to your song. Weird Al kinda fits in with Spamville with little adaptation usually.

I was considering doing a version of the Beatles 'When I'm 64' with either Genma singing it to Nodoka, or Ranma to Akane. I abandoned the idea when I had to change only six words in the whole thing, the rest was perfect as written. 'Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm 64?'
